Slipping,

Sitting on that pedestal,

I hold you in,

You polish it quite often

Maybe that's why your ass is sliding. I'm sorry l've been hiding in my bedroom,

I do miss the sound of you,

Even when you're yelling,

Better than selling your soul to silence. I'm a hypocrite,

So are you,

Still you are my favorite dude,

Chicken, laughs and bass lines it is a mood,

Hugs like glue when I fall apart,

I hate that we are so far apart,

You convince me to make a move,

I gotta be prepared so I can pay rent when it's due,

I'm always listening,

I'll be there through the thick and thin,

Even when we're distant you're my closest friend.
